Young vines cultivated at 900 meters above sea level in Vilanova de Prades, on a single estate with slate soil, windy and strongly sunlit.
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Maceration with skins and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Aged on the lees for 8 to 9 months in stainless steel.
Medium-intense violet color, with pronounced mineral and black fruit aromas that also stand out on the palate, accompanied by moderate acidity and astringency.
Total SO2: 14 mg/L.
