 Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Maceration with skins and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Resting on mothers for 12 months in stainless steel. No added sulfites or additives.
Picota cherry color with purple border. Intense aroma, highlighting ripe red fruit. Mineral notes and black pepper. Soft and warm entry in the mouth, where fruit and spices stand out. Balanced tannins and persistent finish.
