We are ERNEST and IRIS.
Together, we cultivate and care for the vineyards, harvest the grapes, make the wine and work in the cellar.
Ernest has been a lifelong farmer in Vilanova de Prades.
In addition to vineyards, he also cultivates hazelnut trees and olive trees.
He began making wine with his grandfather, who taught him the winemaking tradition. He planted his first vineyard more than 20 years ago and established his own winery in 2019, after working in other wineries and vineyards in Priorat.
Iris is a Biochemist, Molecular Biologist, Biotechnologist and laboratory technician.
He has specialized in Oenology.
Daughter of winegrowers and passionate about agriculture, she has been working the land for some time.
In addition to being part of the winery, he has worked in microbiological research in regenerative agriculture and other wineries.
